Karen Moore, RN, PNP is a retired pediatric and neonatal nurse practitioner who keeps busy taking care of her grandchildren four days per week. She has been long-time friends of Linda and Jay Eastman, and because of them became involved with Casa ColibrÃ. She fell in love with the Guatemalan people on her first trip in 2006 and has made trips regularly for medical missions and midwife training seminars. Karen is committed to helping improve the lives of the Mayan people in the remote region that we serve and feels fortunate to be able to work with them through Casa ColibrÃ.
